By downloading, installing, or using ReceiptSplit ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Adam Drojewski "DEVCOD" ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of ReceiptSplit.
ReceiptSplit is a mobile application that helps users:
Important: ReceiptSplit is a utility tool for expense tracking. It is not a financial service, payment processor, or accounting software. We do not process payments, transfer money, or provide financial advice.
ReceiptSplit offers optional paid subscriptions ("ReceiptSplit Pro") with enhanced features.

New users receive a 7-day free trial of ReceiptSplit Pro. During the trial, you have access to all Pro features with unlimited usage.
After the trial ends, you can continue using ReceiptSplit for free with the following limitations:
Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.

ReceiptSplit integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:
Payment apps (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App) are accessed via deep links only. ReceiptSplit does not process payments.
ReceiptSplit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Adam Drojewski "DEVCOD" and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the data you input into the app (receipts, participant information, etc.).
While we strive for accuracy, receipt scanning and parsing may not always be 100% accurate. You should always verify the extracted data before finalizing splits or making payments.
ReceiptSplit is a utility tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice. Consult appropriate professionals for such matters.
ReceiptSplit is not responsible for disputes between users regarding expense splits or payments. Such disputes are between the parties involved.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADAM DROJEWSKI "DEVCOD" BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adam Drojewski "DEVCOD" from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:
Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.
For EU consumers: You may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
